I Finally Got Lean — Here’s What ACTUALLY Worked (You Can Do This Too)

Hi my Babezz!! This is now Week 8 out of 8 of our 2 Month Weight Loss Journey and we DID IT!! We lost 12 lbs of mostly fat and were able to maintain most of our muscle!! I will touch on a few things that I learned throughout this fat loss journey and a few things that I think could really help you succeed with yours! A HUGE thank you to all of you who have shown your support throughout this series, I really needed that!
