This Vegan Roast Will Totally Shock Your Christmas Dinner

6 tbsp jrk marinade
Olive Oil
Salt
Gravy
4tbsp jrk marinade
200 ml dark drum
500ml veg stock
1 tbsp vegan butter (I use nuturli)
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp corn flour + 4 tbsp water
This will vary depending on the marinade you use some need more sweetness some need more acidity- taste as you cook!
1 tsp red wine vinegar (taste to adjust)
1 tsp agave (taste to adjust)
