40 MIN All Standing Full Body Workout
Tone up with this full body dumbbell workout. You don’t need a mat for this all-standing sweaty session. Just grab some dumbbells and get ready to burn some calories.
I’m using a set of 5lbs/ 2.27kgs and 10lbs/ 4.54kgs dumbbells.
KEY TIPS:
– Keep a towel handy…you may need it. 🙂
– Perform quality reps over quantity.
– Pace yourself.
– Take additional breaks if needed.
– Always Do Your BEST!
