Balanced Sugar Anti-Inflame Tea
Ingredients
* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (preferably with “the mother”)
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
* 1 pinch black pepper (optional, enhances turmeric absorption)
* 6–8 ounces of warm water (not boiling) or room-temperature water
Instructions
1. In a mug or glass, combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, turmeric, and black pepper.
2. Stir well to dissolve the honey and distribute the spices evenly.
3. Top up with warm or room-temperature water.
4. Stir again before sipping—especially since turmeric can settle at the bottom.
Tips & Notes
* Taste & Adjust: Feel free to play with the amounts of ( optional ) honey or lemon to suit your taste.
* Optional Ginger Kick: Grate a small piece of fresh ginger for an added anti-inflammatory boost.
* Why Black Pepper? Turmeric’s active compound, curcumin, is better absorbed by the body when paired with black pepper.
