Blue Antioxidant Berry Overnight Oats, made with @bobsredmill Organic Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
* 1 tbsp chia seeds
* 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp blue spirulina for that natural color
* 3/4 cup of your favorite milk
* 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for a protein boost
* A handful of fresh blueberries for an antioxidant kick
Instructions:
1. Mix oats, chia seeds, honey, and spirulina in a jar.
2. Pour in milk and mix thoroughly.
3. Add Greek yogurt and top with blueberries.
4. Seal and let sit in your fridge overnight.
5. Enjoy!
