Pastor N. Jordan Mkwanasi shares videos on social media to uplift, encourage, and educate his followers. In the video, he encourages viewers to start your movement in the morning, which helps eliminate reason or excuse why we do not have time to work out, later in the day. Thank you Pastor Jordan for your empowering words to influence others to do the same to benefit their health.
Take control of your health. Get up and and move, everyday.
