Broccoli Crowns
Sauces & Spices:
Teriyaki sauce (low sodium)
Garlic paste
Ginger powder

Meal 2: Honey BBQ Chicken, Roasted Potatoes & Asparagus
Main Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
Golden Potatoes
Asparagus
Sauces & Spices:
BBQ Sauce (sugar free)
Agave or Honey
Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic & onion powder
