A lot of people say eating plant-based is too expensive… so I decided to put that to the test.
In this video, I walked into Dollar Tree with just $20 and one mission:
👉 Create breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
👉 Include protein in every meal
👉 Make it somewhat nutritious
👉 And not go a penny over budget
Let’s just say… things got interesting 😅

Here’s what I created with my budget:
🥤 Breakfast: Peanut Butter Fruit Smoothie
🍲 Lunch: Lentil & Vegetable Soup
🍜 Dinner: Veggie & Chickpea Lo Mein
🥜 Snacks: PopCorners + Trail Mix (peanuts & dried cranberries)
Total spent: $19.64
