Vegan Crab Cake Sandwiches (Baked & Fried) + Easy Tartar Sauce

This post was originally published on this site

Crab cakes are a staple, especially here in the DMV—but today we’re showing you how to enjoy that same flavor and experience in a plant-based way.

In this video, we’re making vegan crab cake sandwiches two ways: baked and pan-fried, using the same base recipe so you can choose what works best for you. We’re also putting together a quick, semi-homemade vegan tartar sauce to bring everything together.

This recipe is all about honoring the foods we love while making choices that support our health, our communities, and the environment. Marine life plays a vital role in our ecosystems, and exploring plant-based alternatives is one way we can reduce our impact—without sacrificing flavor or tradition.
