A1. BB Squats Dynamic/ISO (10/20seconds, 10/20seconds, 10/20seconds)
A2. Elbow to Knee Crunch ISO Hold w/Alternating Hip Extension (8each, 8each, 8each)
B1. Alternating Reverse Lunge Dynamic/ISO (10/20seconds, 10/20seconds, 10/20seconds)
B2. Hip Extension March (8each, 8each, 8each)
B3. Banana ISO Hold (20seconds, 20seconds, 20seconds)
C1. Bench or Couch Buck March (8, 8, 8)
C2. Wall Supported Heel Raises – Elevated Heel (8each, 8each, 8each)
C3. Wall Tib/Fib (20, 20, 20)
D1. DownDog ISO Hold (2 minutes)
