Welcome back tribe! This week I’m bringing you a functional lower body hinge day from My Sculpt Program. For the next few weeks I will be showing you my current training which js focusing on building strength, mobility, and tendon health.

Although the Title Reads “Grow Your Glutes”, I want you to remeber that your nutrition is a pivotal factor in determining growth of muscle by combining it wih these strength workouts. Take a lookmat my nutrition videos to get some guidance.
