Most guys over 35 skip leg day or train like they’re still 25. In this video, I take you inside my real lower body workout after 8 weeks of consistent training. I’ve leveled up intensity with supersets, more reps, and smarter volume but I’m still following the same structured plan that’s built for progress, not punishment.
