3/4 cup mango fresh or frozen
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
dash of ground black pepper
1/4-1/3 cup chia seeds, depending on how thick you like it

Jicama “Crab” Salad:
jicama grated or shredded
celery
red onion
vegan mayo or plain non-dairy yogurt
black salt or kala namak
seaweed grounded or dulse flakes
fresh dill

Caesar Salad Dressing:
Non-dairy Yogurt
Dijon mustard
nutritional yeast
tahini
red balsamic vinegar
fresh garlic
capers
fresh dill
warm water
