Hi friends, welcome to class. Here we have a 15 minute yoga class that will help you with tight stiff hips and hammies . This class is perfect for all levels and will help with opening up the hips. Targeting the hips and the hammies will ultimately alleviate back pain. This free yoga class is great to do as morning yoga, as well as the evening.
