Hey KokoPuffs! 👋 Ready to ditch the overthinking and find some focus? This 20 Min Upbeat Yoga for Overthinkers video is just what you need! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, and I created this flow specifically to help calm the mind and energize the body.

This routine is super easy to follow, beginner-friendly, and set to upbeat music to keep you motivated. We’ll flow through poses like Table Top, Cat Cow, Child’s Pose, Down Dog, Pigeon, and more to release tension and find your center.🧘‍♀️

All of the moves are fun but the most exciting ones are definitely the Modified 3 Legged Dog haha and I’ll say the Star Gazer pose. Both are challenging in just the right ways!
