Your body will become weak if you don’t give it a reason to be strong. #running #motivation #fitness

Ask me why I still jump, sprint, and give my body a reason to stay strong? Somewhere in our 30s, most of us stop jumping, sprinting, —but that has to change. Read below:

Explosive movements aren’t just for athletes. You don’t have to strive to be a track star, or an Olympic athlete, but maintaining these qualities throughout your life to the best of your abilities is a must.

Sprinting and jumping are key to improving bone density, a powerful core, and a resilient and strong pelvic floor.

Every time your foot strikes the ground in a sprint or you land from a jump, your pelvic floor engages to absorb impact and stabilize your core. These movements train your body to react, strengthen, and stay resilient—just like any other muscle.

Over time, skipping explosive movement leads to weakness, instability, and even leakage—but we can change that. Sprinting, jumping, and running build strength, power, and control where it matters most.

So don’t stop moving. Train your pelvic floor the way it was designed to work—through movement!
