You’re not eating healthy if you’re missing THIS!

It’s a myth that eating fiber equals eating bread or rice!

If you want to be healthier, eat more fiber. The goal is 40 grams a day, and bread and white rice only has less than 1 gram per slice or serving. Brown rice is slightly more at 3 grams.

However, fresh produce and whole grains to the rescue! Get to your 40 grams with these:

Per serving:
#Pinto beans: 15 grams
#Lentils: 15 grams
#Soybeans/edamame: 11 grams
Acorn squash: 9 grams
Raspberries: 8 grams
#Pumpkin: 7 grams
#Collardgreens: 6 grams
Quinoa: 5 grams
Carrots: 5 grams
Apples: 4 grams

More daily fiber means lower risk of heart attacks, strokes, type 2 diabetes, colon and breast cancer, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and excess body weight; and increases life expectancy.
