On Saturday, November 8th of 2025, BMHC’s Founder and CEO, Dr. Larry Wallace Sr., Hon.D.H.A., was awarded an inaugural Founders Award by the Austin Area Urban League (AAUL) at their 48th Annual Equal Opportunity Day (EOD) Gala.
The AAUL Founders Award honors individuals whose vision and leadership embody the spirit of the Austin Area Urban League’s founding principles—advancing equity, creating opportunity, and strengthening the foundation upon which our organization and community continue to grow.
